New Stapleton Waterfront Development Plan CEQR Documents
The New Stapleton Waterfront Development Plan is a mixed-use development project along the waterfront in the Stapleton section of Staten Island's North Shore. The CEQR (City Environmental Quality Review) process was recently initiated for this project and the Final EIS Scoping Document was issued on Feb 15, 2006. The CEQR documents are currently available for review: the environmental assessment statement (pdf), Positive Declaration (pdf) and final scoping document (pdf).
